How do I get a quote for my event?
Just tell us your event date, guest count, and which items you need. We’ll send you a custom quote – usually within 24 hours.
Is there a minimum order size?
Our minimum order is $150. That could be one medium tent or a handful of tables and chairs – whatever works best for your party.
Do you deliver and set up the rentals?
Yes! We deliver, install, and pick up all rentals in NYC. Our team handles everything so you don’t have to stress.
How much does delivery cost in NYC?
Delivery fees start at $75 within Manhattan and vary by distance. We include an exact delivery fee in your personalized quote.
When do you deliver and pick up?
We typically deliver the day before your event and pick up the day after. If you need special timing, just let us know – we’ll try to accommodate.
What if it rains on the day of my outdoor event?
We have weather-ready tents and can add sidewalls or extra stakes. If you need to upgrade last-minute, just call us.
How far in advance should I book?
For peak season (May-October), book at least 4-6 weeks before your event. Off-season we can often do 2–3 weeks’ notice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due 7 days before delivery.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes – a refundable security deposit covers any damages. We return it within 7 days after pick-up, assuming everything’s in good shape.
Can I choose linen colors and sizes?
Absolutely. We stock a range of colors, fabrics, and tablecloth sizes. You’ll see swatches in our online catalog.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 14 days before the event get a full refund. Within 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future date.
Do I need permits for street closures or sidewalk setups?
In some NYC locations, yes. We can guide you through the permit process or handle it for an extra fee.
Can you handle large corporate or wedding events?

How do I request changes after I book?
